HOW SECURE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Shopiplace.com uses industry standard privacy protection; we don't sell, lease or otherwise distribute any personal customer information. What's more, all sensitive personal information is kept securely offline at our privately run datacenter.
I JUST PLACED AN ORDER. WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
If the items are shipped domestically, then depending on your location, it usually takes anywhere between 5 to 15 business days for the product to reach you. If the product is shipped from our international warehouses, it could take anywhere from 15 to 45 days for the items to reach you, though we've been seeing much quicker shipping times recently. Please check our Shipping page for more details.
MY ORDER HAS BEEN SENT, WHY DON'T I SEE THE TRACKING INFO?
Your order has been sent, but sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the USPS tracking system or our own tracking system. Don't worry, we will notify you in a separate email when your tracking info is ready.
I ORDERED 2 OR MORE ITEMS, WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE ONE?
When you order multiple items at a time they might be shipped separately as products are shipped from different warehouses. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once... they will get to you!
WHY DID I NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?
There's a good chance that our email has ended up in your SPAM folder.
WHY SOME ITEMS ARE FREE AND ON THE CHECKOUT I STILL HAVE TO PAY?
We offer "FREE" of charge on selected products. These products must be cleared from our warehouse. Most of them are in limited quantities. You will have to pay for shipping (can vary from 3.95$ to 5.00$ depending on the item weight and size) and for the handling part (can vary from 2.00$ to 4.95$). Since these are clearance items, they take some space in our warehouse and we pay people to handle them, same for shipping.
WHAT QUALITY CAN I EXPECT FROM MY PRINTED T-SHIRT?
We only use clothing made from trusted brands such as Gildan, Bella and American Apparel, guaranteeing the highest quality in terms of durablity and washibilty. You won't be wearing a thick heavy vinyl-coated t-shirt that will have you panting like a dog on a hot summer day! All our garments have been tested for the best printing results. Shopiplace custom t-shirts are perfect for any occasion, be it for events, resell, fashion or great gifts!
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE?
We accept all major credit cards through the Stripe powered Shopify Payment system. We also accept PayPal and Apple Pay payments as well.
